Tec Shun Devices 

Devices purchased from tec shun will be locked by Tec Shun.

Unlocking Requirements: 

Device must be paid off in full. 

Account must be in good standing. 

​

Note: If a payment is missed, your purchased device will be locked and only be available to emergency calls.

Restored account to good standing, how to unlock device.

​

Recommended: Bring your device to a Tec Shun location or access point to have your device unlocked.

The unlock procedure requires your device to have cellular connection or be connected to Wi-Fi.

Alternative: If you're not able to bring in your device for unlock, call tec shun to speak to a representative for remote support.
